Thoughts: I bought the yarn and book for this sweater in August 2005. I finished knitting later that year...but never got around to sewing up. I finally finished Mavis in February 2008! It's beautiful and comfortable, everytime I wear it I get compliments! I lengthened the sleeves and did a three needle bind off on the shoulder before knitting the collar in the round.
